A combined renovation of 2 apartments overlooking Central Park. One of the two units is renovated into a deluxe master suite and a convertible guest room, while the other unit gets a generous kitchen space as an extension of the existing living area.

The 2 units are connected to each other with an interior hallway. Newly formed spaces are mainly consisted of lighter finishes as an attempt to lighten up the existing predominant mahogany surfaces.
