MIDTOWN EAST TOWER

A conceptual proposal for a high rise tower in the Midtown East district of New York City that addresses the current state of zoning and new developments taking place in the business district. The project locates itself in 452 Lexington Avenue (currently occupied by a tower designed by Norman Foster and Partners) and takes into consideration the current FAR availability(shown in diagrams Below) and active workspace guidelines in order to create a publicly accessible multicomplex tower that typologically redefines the dialogue between a skyscraper and its emerging district.
