CENTRAL PARK PENTHOUSE
This is an ongoing gut renovation project of a Penthouse overlooking Central Park. The scope includes a phased renovation of 2,200 sqft interior space, window replacements, a new staircase and a bulkhead that leads up to a privately owned terrace overlooking central park.
